Migration FAQ
Can I migrate before June 1, or do I have to wait?
Migrate now. The earlier you import and republish, the more buffer you have before the old service's CDN goes dark. Listings keep selling on eBay throughout — you're just swapping where the images and templates are served from.
Will my live eBay listings keep my reviews, feedback, and sale history?
Yes. The migration touches your eBay listings via the Trading and Sell APIs — same way your old tool did. Listing IDs stay the same. Reviews, watchers, feedback, sale history — all preserved.
What if I have 10,000+ listings?
We've tested with tenants holding 40,000+ images and have BullMQ-backed import queues with per-tenant rate limits. Larger imports run in background, you can close the tab and come back when it's done. Email notification on completion.
Do I need to bring my own image hosting?
No. Every image is rehosted on Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible, edge-cached). Free across all plans up to the listing cap for your tier. No bandwidth charges passed to you.
What about variations, item specifics, vehicle fitments?
All preserved. We parse the variation matrix, item specifics XML, vehicle compatibility data, hazmat flags, and EU compliance fields. Anything your old tool stored in the CSV, we map to the right Sellersperch field.
What does the migration actually cost?

Can I keep my templates?
Yes — we import your HTML, strip references that depend on the old service's CDN, and substitute Sellersperch image URLs. The result is eBay-compliant and renders correctly on mobile.
What if something goes wrong mid-import?
Imports are idempotent and resumable. If your laptop sleeps, the upload hits a timeout, or anything fails partway, you can resume from where it stopped. No duplicate listings, no half-staged rows.
