Terms of Service

1. The service

Sellersperch ("we", "us") provides software for listing, syncing, and managing products and orders across eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces. By creating an account or using the service you ("you") agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business or marketplace account you connect.

3. Acceptable use

• Comply with the terms of every marketplace you connect (eBay, Amazon, etc.).
• Do not use the service to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape internal APIs, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload data you don't have the right to upload.

4. Marketplace integrations

When you connect a marketplace (e.g. via eBay OAuth), you authorize us to access and act on that account on your behalf, limited to the scopes the marketplace shows you on the consent screen. You can revoke this access at any time from your marketplace settings and from your Sellersperch settings; doing so will stop sync.

5. Data ownership

Your listing, order, and customer data is yours. We hold it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If your payment fails, the service may be suspended after a grace period.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to address security issues. We are not liable for downstream marketplace outages or rate-limit changes.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days in advance.
